From Quote to Install

Request a Quote

Once you have requested a quote, either though filling out a form, emailing us, or calling us, we will answer your questions and schedule a walk through with you. If you have requested a quote online, you will receive and email with information and the ability to schedule an on-site estimate even before we call. If you wait for our call, we will call you within 48 business hours of you submitting a request.

On-Site Estimate

During your on-site estimate, we will work to understand your needs and fit you to the best product. We will take measurements and ask you questions to make sure we know exactly what you want. We will email you the quote, within 48 business hours after your walk through. To schedule an install, 30% of the payment will be due.

Schedule Install

Once you have decided to move forward with your project and paid the initial 30%, we will call you to schedule your install. You will receive an email confirmation of the time and important information on preparing your area for installation. If you need to cancel, or change the date, let us know ASAP and we will work to meet your needs.

Day of Install

We will arrive, validate the order, and begin work. After the work is completed, the remaining 70% of the project fee will be due. Your 15 year warranty information will arrive via email within 48 business hours. See more below on install process.
